Nothing quenches the thirst better than a West Coast IPA after a long hike on your favorite Mountain Range.
A generous addition of “C” hops for a tongue slapping dose of citrus and pine. This recipe is older than you...and possibly even your dad...but that certainly doesn't make it bad...or us mad...just rad like dad.
Inspired by long hikes in VT & NH, this beer is all about what IPA used to be. We're bringing the early 2000's back. You're welcome.
GRAINS: Pale Malt. Crystal 45L. Dextrin
HOPS: Simcoe. Columbus. Amarillo. Cascade.
