Sweet red wine, 100% Monastrell
Deep dark red with a tile shine. Clean on the nose, with intense notes of black candied fruit, raisins, carob and black olives. Fresh, tasty, with marked plum jam and a touch of dried fruit (fig). Pleasant finish with an elegant acidity to balance its sweetness.
A perfect combination with pure chocolate (over 70%) and chocolate-based desserts. It goes beautiful with cured cheeses, especially blue ones, but also with foies and pates. Serving temperature: 10-12ºC.
