45% Syrah ; 35% Grenache ; 15% Carignan ; 5% Mourvèdre

Vinified traditionally. Organic grapes are hand-harvested at optimum maturity, grapes are then hand sorted. All grapes are destemmed.

Aged 50% in oak vats and 50% in tank for minimum 14 months. Each grape variety is vinified separately and aged accordingly.

A robe of deep ruby and an expressive, charming nose of red fruits and lightly peppered spices. An honest, mineral-style wine with elegant tannins that enhance its freshness, complexity and balance.

With delicate floral notes and aromas of red fruit, the nose of this wine is refined and inviting. Flavors of ripe strawberry, cassis, garrigue and supple tannin form the complex palate. The finish is generous, with hints of spice.
