The unique Les Dauphins style is all about pleasure and versatility, and the wines express fruit-forward aromas, freshness, concentration and great finesse. Green straw color with a delicate grapefruit and peach flavor. Lively and aromatic with lemon mouth feel finish.

Harvested during the night and early evening to preserve freshness. Grapes are gently pressed and fermentation at cold temperatures. Maturation on the lees for 2 to 6 months.

Great as an aperitif and with grilled vegetables, fish and chicken.
