CIDER WITH HIBISCUS AND BELGIAN YEAST
Rosé Cider begins with fresh-pressed culinary varietals sourced exclusively from New York state. McIntosh, Gala, Red Delicious and Pazazz juices are fermented with our Belgian house yeast to add character and complexity. A touch of hibiscus provides a tart snap and a well-rounded texture. The finished cider is clarified and carbonated, resulting in sparkling refreshment.
