Pascual Toso is one of the oldest wineries in Argentina, founded in Mendoza in 1890. This their entry level Cabernet is medium across the board - body, acid, tannin, intensity and finish. Lots of flavors jump in besides those listed above - red fruits, tobacco, plums and bramble to name a few. Try with burgers or meatloaf.
