Ruby red color with red highlights. Strawberry and raspberry notes with hints of chocolate. Pleasant and lively in the palate, with medium body and well- rounded tannins in the finish.
SERVE AT 14-16 ºC
Deep soils with a loam clay texture.
Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
Hand-picked, during the second week of April.
Short maceration for 10 days. Fermentation started with active dry yeast.
The wine aged over its lees in stainless steel tanks for three months before blending and bottling.
