VINIFICATION
Once the grapes have been destemmed, the Garnacha is macerate for seven hours in a stainless steel tank. We bleed the free-run must which slowly ferments at a temperature of 16 ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Casual has a beautiful pale pink colour with a slight violet edge. A very complex nose with abundant red fruits, sweets and red rose petals. On the palate it is fresh, long, with an enveloping palate and a very long finish.
