Despite their geographical distance, these Two Birds share one thing in common: their love for outstanding wine and great terroirs.This tale reflects the story of the head winemaker: after traveling the world, she has now settled back in France to create this range of extraordinarily fruity and approachable wines.

AGE OF VINES: 40 years
FARMING: To craft this specific range, the winemakers have selected calcareous and infertile soils, fully ripened under the sun. The key here is that yields have been controlled by the terroir characteristics.
SOIL: Limestone and sandstone
VARIETY: 100% Carignan
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby with purple hints. Vibrant and expressive flavors of fresh plum, pomegranate, and raspberry. Very juicy and easy-to-drink, with fine-grained tannins and a gentle acidity. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled with pizza, fried rice, or barbecue chicken.
